JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst provides primary interface with leadership by leading and integrating aspects of the leadership team's operations and deliverables, including Operating Rhythm, Organization Optimization and Metrics management (Key Performance Indicators).

- Assist in strategy and communication, support the development and execution of strategic plans, communication strategies, and operational framework for executive team.
- Collaborate on strategic discussions, partner with the executive team to engage in strategic discussions and perform data analysis related to key metrics and initiatives.
- Lead the gathering, analysis, interpretation, and development of business requirements for assigned projects.
- Enable effective communication and collaboration among business operations, program management, and functional partners, and customers to achieve shared goals.
- Ensure process and compliance alignment, verify that organizational activities align with processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
- Manage meeting efficiency, support leadership in various meetings by ensuring they run smoothly, tracking action items, and following up on their completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks, detect potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and refine the business case as needed.
- Prepare reports for senior executives, collaborate with the leadership team to create and present updates on program health, obstacles, and requirements to JV partners on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate stakeholder commitments, align and coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic objectives.
- Drive data and reporting management system improvement, lead the analysis, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the management system and processes.
- Lead special projects, oversee special projects, ensuring successful coordination, implementation, and execution on behalf of leadership.
- Build strong relationships, develop and maintain effective working relationships with program leadership, functional partners, and customer representatives, integrating into the business.
- Manage schedules and travel arrangements for chief executives.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to company policies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality of the company’s information and products.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
Experience:
- Business management, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Extensive relationship management, developing and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.
- Experience in ambiguity and change management, navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting multiple organizations.
- Leadership in business planning, leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to achieve organizational goals.
- Management of complex topics, adept at handling a wide range of complex issues, reviewing them comprehensively, and providing actionable insights.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Exposure to executive leadership and preparing presentation materials for executive levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
Adient Aerospace offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Salary Range Transparency: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
