JOB SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for improving the efficiency of Supply Chain operations through data collection, analysis and presentation. This role will access, interpret, and leverage data to help the organization make decisions for the sourcing, production, and distribution of products.

- Utilize the organization’s ERP System to manage data, reporting, and processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas of Supply Chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Measure Supply Chain performance (KPI’s) and consolidate into reports for management and business partners.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement new projects to ensure optimal operational performance and output is achieved and in alignment with the Supply Chain goals set by the organization.
- Advise business partners and develop new workflows to enhance operations.
- Maintain a solution-orientated attitude to exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Investigate pain points within the process to solve internal problems of the organization and implement goal-orientated strategies to improve overall business operations and reduce inefficiencies.
- Identify training and change management opportunities, to develop employee user knowledge and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Develop inventory management processes and procedures, including forecasting models and reduction initiatives tracking and monitoring.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the ERP data.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and workplace policies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment, adhering to company policies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the company’s information, products, and systems.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; equivalent years of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant data analytics experience required, including experience with large, complex technology programs delivering business solutions and models.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience with ERP data management
- Experience using SQL based relational databases
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and hands-on technical experience across multiple technology disciplines are required
- Results orientation and self-motivation
- Willingness to drive and embrace change

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Adient Aerospace offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Salary Range Transparency: $78,000 - $90,000 annually
